As the Senior Director, Creative Strategy & Operations, you will serve as the strategic right-hand to the SVP, Chief Brand Officer. You are a highly emotionally intelligent leader who can see around corners, anticipate needs, and dive deep to understand the broader business operations. This role optimizes end-to-end creative workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, increasing team velocity and clearing the path for high-impact artistic work. Acting as a crucial cross-functional partner across the business to deepen collaboration and alignment, this role addresses and remedies issues as they arise and ensures the final outcomes impact the business in tangible ways. You will function as a hybrid between a high-level project manager and an executive producer, ensuring the right people are in place for each project while driving complex initiatives from concept to completion. Additionally, you will lead and supervise the creative delivery team to ensure seamless project execution.
