We are currently in search of a Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Operations to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Operations provides people leadership and strategic direction for the operations team, including oversight of processing of all in-kind donations, coordination with logistics and inventory management and compliance with the organization’s gift acceptance policy. The position is also responsible for pursuing new innovations such as leveraging continuous improvement techniques, AI and other tools to increase team efficiency and effectiveness, identifying new pathways for in-kind shipping and cold storage and expanding our strategies to be inclusive of our global footprint to maximize our mission impact. The Senior Director has responsibility for a portfolio of over $120+M in gift-in-kind product annually. Note: The ideal candidate for this position will work hybrid from our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, however all qualified candidates will be considered nationwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with emphasis in business, communications, or another related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, corporate sales/business development or operations, including senior-level responsibility for year-over-year revenue growth, especially for consumer packaged goods or donated products.
  • Demonstrated people-management experience, including hiring/onboarding, coaching and development, goal setting, and performance management.
  • High proficiency in operational excellence, ensuring consistent project management, documentation of plans, deliverables, and outcomes with accuracy and accountability.
  • Experience setting strategy and assigning/aligning responsibilities based on team capacity, strengths, and client needs; able to establish clear expectations, timelines, and standards across the team.
  • Experience forecasting revenue; able to translate revenue/activation plans into operational requirements and proactively mitigate delivery risk.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen) that deliver measurable outcomes (e.g., cost savings, time, etc.)
  • Proven success overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously while coordinating across internal teams; able to create alignment and efficiencies that improve implementation outcomes at scale.
  • Able to guide and elevate work produced by team members.
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and conflict-resolution skills; able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and executive presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint required

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development for the Corporate Partnership Operations team, document annual plans, budgets and KPIs; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with key stakeholders including Corporate Partnerships, Logistics and Inventory Management, Marketing and Communication, Finance and others.
  • Collaborate with VP, Corporate Partnerships and Cause Marketing to build annual and multi-year GIK budget and growth plans, revenue and expenses, based on organizational growth and impact strategies.
  • Partner with US Mission impact to forecast program implementation support and needs tied to partner commitments; coordinate with Marketing & Communications, Finance, and Operations to anticipate constraints, align resources, and mitigate delivery risks as needed.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and increasing operational efficiency while not sacrificing effectiveness. Leverage lean six sigma, KAIZEN or other tools (including technology) to streamline workflows and operations to save time, resources and ultimately drive impact.
  • In partnership with stakeholders including Corporate Partnerships and Logistics/Inventory Management, identify key projects for innovation including increased third-party donated services (e.g., shipping, cold storage) and build strategies to support and implement.
  • In partnership with VP, Corporate Partnerships and Cause Marketing, develop international GIK strategy, tactics and processes with International Operations
  • Identify emerging donated product industry trends, that help inform fundraising opportunities for Feed the Children the Children. Help to educate the full corporate partnership team on best practices in securing donated products through developing training and sharing trends.
  • Responsible for oversight of the donated product portfolio that supports Feed the Children’s community partner network, with a portfolio of $120+M in GIK. Focus portfolio growth on products that align with beneficiary needs and scaling program impact strategies.
  • Lead team in stewarding and growing the organization’s gift in kind fundraising approach; set portfolio strategy, engagement standards, and expectations for results.
  • Ensure the team maintains documented renewal plans, timelines, and solicitations in the CRM; coach account planning discipline and drive execution that grows gifts-in-kind (GIK) revenue and always sets the stage for future cash growth potential.
  • Ensure all partner activities/results are monitored and reported in a professional manner to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor assignment of inbound donor inquiries to ensure alignment with gift acceptance policy and overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee donation processing and fulfillment, activation, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear internal ownership, and a consistent partner experience from commitment through closeout.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual budget and KPI reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Collaborate to create alignment and efficiencies for partnership implementation by establishing playbooks, timelines, and cross-functional routines that improve speed, quality, and consistency across the portfolio.
  • Serve as operations lead on cross-functional team investigating all product diversions and product security issues.
  • Provide guidance and insights into new reporting and inventory technologies as needed (e.g., inventory management system, financial systems).
  • Carry out supervisory responsibility in accordance and compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws including: goal setting, coaching and development; training in job skills; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; hiring/onboarding as needed, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Model best practices in donor and stakeholder relationship management and execution.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality which are critical in order to complete the day-to-day tasks of this position.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibility in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws including: training in job skills; planning, assigning and directing work; evaluating performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
