About The Position

The Senior Director, Compliance & Ethics leads Ascendiun’s enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program across its affiliates, business units, products, services, and activities. The role oversees preventive, detective, and remedial controls; policies and procedures; workforce training and communications; testing, auditing, monitoring, and reporting; and remediation of control deficiencies. Program areas include the Code of Conduct, compliance policies and investigations, anti-bribery, anti-kickback and anti-corruption, exclusion lists, conflicts of interest, and other compliance and ethics initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, the Senior Director primarily leads the enterprise-wide program and may take on additional responsibilities or support the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer’s other initiatives as needed. The position leads investigations and reporting channels, develops and manages compliance teams, works with business and corporate partners, and provides regulatory and industry guidance. The role follows Ascendiun’s hybrid workplace model, generally requiring in-office work two days each week; employees living more than 50 miles from an office will determine in-office time with their manager based on business need.
