The Senior Director, Commercial Fire Business Transformation is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that accelerate profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer value across the Commercial Fire business. This role partners closely with the Commercial President and ELT to translate strategy into execution—modernizing processes, operating models, systems, and ways of working to enable scale, margin expansion, and sustained market leadership.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 10 years experience

Responsibilities

• Driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that accelerate profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer value across the Commercial Fire business
• Partnering closely with the Commercial President and ELT to translate strategy into execution—modernizing processes, operating models, systems, and ways of working to enable scale, margin expansion, and sustained market leadership
