About The Position

Condé Nast is a global media company producing the highest quality content with a footprint of more than 1 billion consumers in 32 territories through print, digital, video and social platforms. The company’s portfolio includes many of the world’s most respected and influential media properties including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Self, GQ, The New Yorker, Condé Nast Traveler/Traveller, Allure, AD, Bon Appétit and Wired, among others. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Commerce Media to lead the development, execution, and growth of our paid commerce media business. This role will serve as the cross-functional point of contact, own paid commerce strategy, and drive revenue performance through disciplined planning, vendor partnerships, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and hands-on operator with deep experience in paid media, affiliate commerce, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in paid media, commerce media, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth through paid media and affiliate commerce
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue performance
  • Vendor management and partnership experience
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital media, publishing, or commerce-driven businesses preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead commerce paid media strategy to drive incremental affiliate and commerce revenue
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid social, search, native, and emerging channels
  • Develop scalable testing and optimization frameworks to drive performance growth
  • Serve as primary cross-functional POC across Commerce, Sales, Performance Production, Product, Data, and Finance
  • Drive alignment on priorities, workflows, and performance goals
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and optimize investments to maximize ROI
  • Monitor performance and deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, platforms, and technology partners
  • Build scalable processes for campaign execution, tracking, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with analytics to develop reporting infrastructure and performance measurement
