About The Position

The Director, Media Commerce is responsible for building and creating media strategies and plans for our Commerce clients, ensuring the program meets client objectives and helps grow their online business. The Director will partner with clients to address the Connected Commerce landscape and will work with client leads and commerce media team to develop strategy and plans to execute media most effectively across the omni-channel media platforms, including, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Ahold, and Regionals. As well as Connected Commerce partners Instacart, Shipt, etc. and retail networks such as Criteo and Quotient. This person will be responsible for the agency practice of integrating the appropriate channels and partners to deliver engaging shopper experiences that drive conversion and ROI for our clients. Their primary focus will be leading the Connected Commerce Search Strategy and Practice.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and creating media strategies and plans for Commerce clients.
  • Understanding of client objectives and online business growth.
  • Ability to partner with clients on Connected Commerce landscape.
  • Experience working with client leads and commerce media teams on strategy and execution.
  • Knowledge of omni-channel media platforms (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Ahold, Regionals).
  • Familiarity with Connected Commerce partners (Instacart, Shipt).
  • Experience with retail networks (Criteo, Quotient).
  • Experience in integrating channels and partners for shopper experiences.
  • Focus on driving conversion and ROI.
  • Leadership in Connected Commerce Search Strategy and Practice.
