The Commerce Retail Media Associate will join a hands-on Commerce group, collaborating closely with Retail Operations, Retail Media, Strategy, and Creative teammates. This role involves shaping how products appear across marketplaces and how shoppers experience each Product Detail Page (PDP) from initial view to purchase. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with client leads to translate insights into action, ensuring alignment of catalog health, PDP content, pricing, and promotions. The position offers supportive leadership, modern tools, and opportunities for sharing ideas, mentoring, and continuous improvement, focusing on building strong client relationships, cross-team collaboration, and driving meaningful brand growth through smart, connected commerce.

Requirements

  • Campaign optimization across SP, SB, and SD - Experienced
  • Cross-platform knowledge: Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect - Intermediate
  • Velocity dashboard fluency
  • SQL for exploratory analysis
  • Forecasting and scenario modeling in Excel
  • Client-facing performance reporting and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across multiple platforms, including Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and other retail media platforms
  • Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations that align with client goals.
  • Act as a client-facing voice on weekly calls, presenting optimizations, pacing updates, and insights.
  • Serve as a Velocity power user and leverage internal tools to enhance campaign efficiency and visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations and Creative teams to ensure campaign-readiness.
  • Stay ahead of retail media trends and platform updates, advising clients on new opportunities.
