About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is building the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We are seeking a passionate team focused on learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We value customer interaction, experience, behavior, and insights, always acting authentically. Leveraging the global Hard Rock brand and the Seminole Tribe of Florida's foundation in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality, we are expanding into the digital space. The Senior Director – Content Strategy is the sole, full-time owner of casino content strategy for Hard Rock Digital across all operating states and territories. This role is central to the casino content ecosystem, encompassing game portfolio strategy, supplier and IP sourcing, and the crucial link between digital casino content and land-based property gaming. The position reports directly to the VP, Casino Commercial, and collaborates closely with Supplier Relations, Slots & Jackpots, and Live Dealer & Table Games functions without direct management authority.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in online casino or iGaming.
  • Strong track record in content strategy, game portfolio management, or supplier/IP sourcing.
  • Deep knowledge of the casino content supply landscape, including suppliers, aggregators, and certification processes across US regulated states and international markets.
  • Comfort operating as an individual contributor with high strategic ownership, driving outcomes through process, relationships, and mandatory input rights rather than direct management authority.
  • Experience or strong interest in Omni-channel / land-based-to-digital content coordination.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with property-side gaming leadership.
  • Strong analytical grounding, comfortable owning a roadmap, tracking KPIs, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders quarterly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Hard Rock properties and their gaming leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the single source of truth for casino content strategy across Florida (PMR), New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario, and Mexico, establishing one roadmap and one prioritization view.
  • Build and maintain a rolling content roadmap covering slots, live casino, table games, jackpots, and branded/exclusive content, sequenced against certification and launch timelines in each market.
  • Present a quarterly content strategy review to the business, detailing findings, roadmap performance, and updated priorities.
  • Lead content-release tasks end-to-end, including securing IP, briefing suppliers on branded and exclusive games, and managing multiple concurrent content sources against a single delivery calendar.
  • Identify and prioritize exclusivity opportunities, timed-exclusive windows, and bespoke content deals with suppliers such as Playtech, Games Global, Section 8, AGS, Bragg Studios, and direct-integration partners.
  • Bring order to the PMR Florida content strategy by tracking a shifting supplier landscape, applying a consistent evaluation and prioritization framework, and serving as the named point of accountability.
  • Build and maintain an ongoing working relationship with property-side gaming leadership (VPs and leads for slots and table games at key Hard Rock properties) and the supplier management function within Hard Rock International to close the content-to-property gaming gap.
  • Align key digital content releases with land-based release moments for coordinated launches and joint monetization, with a particular focus on Florida where many secured titles are Omni titles by design.
  • Monitor player engagement and portfolio mix across all markets in collaboration with Supplier Relations, Slots & Jackpots, and Live Dealer & Table Games.
  • Track costs and implement a cost-efficient content framework.
  • Maintain a mandatory input right on content decisions made by the Supplier Relations, Slots & Jackpots, and Live Dealer & Table Games functions to ensure alignment with the strategic roadmap.
