About The Position

GSK is recruiting a senior clinical pharmacology leader for its newly established Clinical Pharmacology and Quantitative Medicine (CPQM) organisation. The role focuses on applying Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) and clinical pharmacology across the drug development lifecycle, from first-in-human studies through regulatory filing and lifecycle management. It provides clinical pharmacology strategy and evidence-generation input to support development programs, optimal dosing, faster development, regulatory positioning, and business development opportunities. The position coordinates clinical pharmacology modeling and simulation activities across the Respiratory, Immunology & Inflammation Research Unit (RIIRU) portfolio and works with CPQM colleagues and cross-functional partners to shape portfolio and disease-area strategy. It approves study designs, analyses, interpretations, reports, and regulatory documents, and contributes to regulatory-ready evidence and labeling. The role also builds internal and external scientific partnerships and represents GSK through publications, conference presentations, and participation in scientific and regulatory forums. The posting states that this is a hybrid role. For candidates located at the Stevenage site, the position will temporarily be based there, with a planned relocation to Cambridge, UK, currently proposed for early 2029. The posting also provides a US annual base salary range of $222,750–$371,250 for new hires based in Cambridge, MA; Waltham, MA; Rockville, MD; or San Francisco, CA, plus an annual bonus and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.
