About The Position

This role supports the strategic direction and annual goals of the National Business Development team by leading the creation and advancement of the Ascension Business Development Plan. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Business Development, you will act as a primary consultant to national and market teams to drive key growth channels and network development.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
5 or more years of experience within hospitals and health systems, specifically in Strategy and/or Business Development
Proficiency in analytical systems and insights-driven technology, including AI knowledge and relevant use cases
Strong financial acumen, including working knowledge of channel analysis, KPIs and tracking performance and ROI

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement across national and market cross-functional teams to execute the Ascension Business Development Plan.
Provide expertise in hospital and ecosystem business development key growth channels and network development.
Support the creation of new growth channels and facilitate the development of strategic partnerships and relationships at scale.
Drive business intelligence through the creation of analytic insights, comprehensive business cases, and executive-level strategic presentations.
