About the Role As the Senior Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, you will report to the SVP of Global and Growth Marketing and serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team. You will be expected to provide strategic direction and operational excellence across all brand and communication functions. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase brand sentiment, drive meaningful media coverage, and lead a high-performing team that delivers world-class brand experiences. In this role, you will: Develop and execute a comprehensive global brand strategy that aligns with Rapid7's business objectives and market positioning. Oversee all aspects of corporate communications, including executive communications, internal communications, and crisis management. Lead the public relations and analyst relations programs to increase share of voice and enhance Rapid7's reputation as a thought leader in cybersecurity. Manage and evolve Rapid7's brand identity and creative standards, ensuring consistency across all channels and regions. Drive the social media strategy to build community engagement and amplify brand messaging. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and People Strategy, to integrate brand initiatives into broader company programs.
