FP Movement is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance our digital commerce and user experience capabilities. This role sits at the center of business, technology, analytics, and growth teams - ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to strategic priorities, and drive meaningful business outcomes. This individual will play a critical role in driving large-scale digital and operational transformation efforts, with an initial focus on the evolution of our e-commerce into the future, inclusive of new technology and data initiatives that enhance personalization, customer experience, and decisioning capabilities. Over time, this role may flex across a range of digital priorities, including platform enhancements, customer experience initiatives, and operational improvements. This position has high visibility with the FP Movement and URBN senior leadership and requires a leader who communicates with clarity and precision - proactively identifying risks, surfacing decisions, and driving alignment across stakeholders, but especially driving progress. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy, creates momentum across teams without direct authority, and consistently moves work forward while maintaining alignment to broader business goals.
