About The Position

As part of the E-commerce Product & Experience team, the Senior Digital Product Designer plays a key role in improving the online customer journey, working closely with the Digital Product Designer to ensure all touchpoints are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with Hunkemöller’s digital brand identity. Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Digital Product Designer
  • Strong experience across the full design cycle: research, discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and validation
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, combining optimization and innovation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and mobile experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams in an agile environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer-first and commercially driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end product design across web and app, from discovery through delivery
  • Conduct user research and discovery to uncover customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Validate design solutions through testing and experimentation
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create customer-centric and conversion-optimized journeys
  • Contribute to design consistency and scalable UX practices across digital touchpoints
  • Drive continuous optimization through data-informed design decisions
