About The Position

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting marketing research, optimizing content, enhancing SEO, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital and social media strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, social media, digital marketing, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariant experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprout Social, SEMRush, Monday.com, WordPress, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid und Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign development and constraints.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all website, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals both ROI and KPIs.
  • Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions and optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies though digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms, overseeing budget allocation, audience targeting, creative testing, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and measurable ROI.
  • Lead content calendar creation and work with content creators to develop compelling digital content, including blog posts, infographics, video, and more, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Evaluate emergent technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
