About The Position

CBC Automotive is a strategic marketing agency focused on performance for automotive clients. They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who is deeply knowledgeable in digital marketing, capable of strategic thinking, execution, and leadership. This role requires a blend of analytical depth and communication confidence, working closely with the digital lead and a core team. The specialist will be responsible for Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns, interpreting GA4 data, serving as an internal expert on digital platforms, and navigating local vs. national advertising nuances. The position involves building and refining processes, proactively identifying opportunities, and has the potential to grow into a leadership role within the senior team.

Requirements

  • Deep, current, hands-on Google Ads experience
  • GA4 proficiency as a daily working tool
  • Meta advertising experience—active campaign management
  • Communication confidence to hold difficult client conversations
  • A structured, calendar-driven approach to managing a high-volume monthly workload
  • Emotional resilience—you don't take client pressure personally and you don't let it erode your confidence

Nice To Haves

  • Background in a high-accountability performance environment—automotive dealerships, agency work, e-commerce, or any setting where you're measured against competitors and results are non-negotiable
  • Experience building or improving team processes and training others to use them
  • Ability to read market share trends, competitor context, and external factors that affect campaign performance

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and analysis of Google Ads campaigns—Search, Performance Max, Display, and beyond
  • Manage and optimize Meta advertising strategies for automotive clients
  • Interpret GA4 data and turn performance into clear, confident client conversations
  • Serve as the internal expert on digital platforms—supporting account managers and guiding client discussions
  • Navigate the nuance of local advertising vs. national brand performance—and help clients understand the difference
  • Build and refine repeatable processes, then train the team on how to use them
  • Identify opportunities and act on them proactively
  • Grow, over time, into a leadership role on a senior team

Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000–$100,000+
  • Annual discretionary year-end bonus
  • Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 10%
  • Highly competitive, flexible health plan
  • Uncapped PTO
  • Minimal travel—occasional day trips to local New England clients, no overnights required
  • A clear, real path to senior leadership
