About The Position

Finix is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own their paid digital programs end-to-end, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance data and driven to improve campaign results. The role involves working collaboratively with a marketing team and cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Content/Creative. The position reports directly to a [Title] and partners closely with the CEO on strategy and performance reviews. The successful candidate will help shape the company's marketing playbook.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing B2B direct response digital marketing programs including SEM, paid social, remarketing, display/video.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale PPC campaigns with clear ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with CPM, CPC, and CPA media buying.
  • Fluency in web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and CMS tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong data instincts: ability to dig into numbers, find the story, and communicate it clearly to any audience.
  • Direct, open communication style, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and initiative is rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, video, and remarketing, with a sharp focus on pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Continuously test and experiment with new channels, ad formats, and messaging to find better ways to achieve results.
  • Write compelling direct response copy for ads and landing pages that convert.
  • Build and present clear, honest performance narratives to the CEO and senior leadership, including wins, losses, and future plans.
  • Partner with Sales to align digital programs with the full customer lifecycle and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Work with Content and Creative to develop targeted experiences across key customer segments.
  • Design and run A/B tests and segmentation strategies to systematically improve performance.
  • Manage budget and spend with Finance, ensuring campaigns are efficient and accountable.
  • Maintain and improve performance dashboards in partnership with Marketing and Revenue Ops.
