You are an experienced digital designer with exceptional visual craft, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of digital experiences. You thrive at the intersection of brand and product—bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, beautifully executed design. You're equally comfortable thinking conceptually and designing at the highest level of fidelity. You know how to take an established brand and design system and evolve it into fresh, engaging experiences across web, product, and interactive touchpoints. You understand that great digital design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about creating experiences that feel intuitive, dynamic, and unmistakably on-brand. Working as part of a dedicated team supporting a category-leading AI brand, you'll help evolve and extend a world-class design system across a wide range of digital experiences seen by millions of people around the globe.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing digital products, websites, and interactive experiences
• Exceptional visual design and UI skills
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with outstanding executional craft
• Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and digital design systems
• Expertise in Figma and component-based design workflows
• Experience translating established brand systems into engaging digital experiences
• Ability to create highly polished work suitable for both client presentation and development handoff
• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern digital experiences
• Motion storyboarding experience and understanding of interaction design principles

Nice To Haves

• Prototyping skills are a plus
• Experience using AI tools, including prompting for generative image and video creation, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional digital design.
• Design beautiful, thoughtful digital experiences with a strong focus on visual design and UI craft, understanding how typography, color, layout, motion, and interaction work together to create compelling experiences that feel both distinctive and intuitive.
• Contribute to creative concepts and help translate strategic thinking into digital experiences, moving fluidly between big-picture thinking and meticulous execution, delivering work that is both imaginative and highly resolved.
• Evolve and extend design systems by working within established brand and design systems while finding opportunities to push them forward, translating existing visual languages into new web pages, campaigns, and experiences that feel fresh and dynamic while maintaining consistency.
• Craft work at the highest level of quality, producing polished, presentation-ready designs that are suitable for client review and development handoff, with a focus on details and delivering work that is pixel-perfect and thoughtfully considered.
• Bring systems thinking to digital design, being fluent in Figma and comfortable working with complex component libraries and design systems, and thinking beyond individual screens to design scalable solutions that can grow and evolve across multiple touchpoints.
• Contribute to storytelling and presentations, helping to shape compelling creative narratives and communicate design decisions clearly, and being comfortable presenting work, discussing thinking, and incorporating feedback.
• Embrace emerging technology, being curious about new creative tools and technologies, including AI, and understanding how generative tools can support creative exploration and accelerate workflows while maintaining a high standard of craft and originality.
• Elevate the team by collaborating closely with fellow designers, creative leads, and adjacent creative partners—sharing ideas, offering feedback, and helping raise the overall quality of the work.
