About The Position

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. C-4 Analytics is committed to developing innovative solutions for every dealer in every market, and to providing the highest levels of accountability and customer service. We are currently hiring for a Senior Digital Designer - Wakefield, MA as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients. The ideal candidate understands the benefits of in-person teamwork and is available to work from our office a minimum of three days per week. We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Senior Digital Designer to serve as a driving creative force and production partner within our Creative Department. This isn’t a hands-off, purely conceptual role; it’s a do-the-work, high-output position where you will personally produce a significant volume of high-quality digital creative. You will maintain elite standards in visual hierarchy, typography, design fundamentals, and digital ad development, ensuring flawless brand consistency while thriving in the fast-paced, practical demands of a high-volume agency environment. You’ll operate as a trusted creative partner to both internal teams and key client accounts, confidently presenting strategic recommendations, translating feedback into actionable design changes, and setting realistic production expectations. As a senior individual contributor, you will naturally elevate the broader team through peer collaboration, quality assurance, technical guidance, and informal mentoring, while continuously improving workflows to reduce revision friction. If you have the creative judgment, communication skills, and reliability to lead from the front and grow into broader creative leadership over time, you’ll do well here.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional training and experience).
  • 4+ years of professional digital design experience in a fast-paced agency, in-house marketing department, or high-volume production environment.
  • Proven track record of participating in client-facing discussions, providing peer guidance, reviewing creative work, or informally leading design projects.
  • Expert knowledge of digital asset specifications, brand compliance guidelines, and modern design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma), with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, high-volume production.
  • Ability to independently transform vague, incomplete, or legacy brand assets into modern, compliant, and highly effective visual assets.
  • Deep understanding of how to build flexible, scalable design templates optimized for both automated scaling and high-end manual execution.
  • Skilled at establishing creative authority with external stakeholders, managing difficult feedback loops gracefully, and leading high-level client discussions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write polished professional emails and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive in evaluating incoming workloads, auditing briefs for missing requirements, and calling out workflow friction or capacity crunches before they become emergencies.
  • Exceptional proofing skills and sharp attention to technical and visual detail to ensure error-free deliverables.
  • Skilled in standardizing workflows to eliminate administrative overhead, with familiarity in agency project tracking systems and credential security (e.g., 2FA, 1Password).

  • Act as a direct creative partner for key client accounts in coordination with Client Services, confidently presenting recommendations and translating client feedback into actionable design changes.
  • Establish realistic expectations around revision timelines and review incoming creative briefs early to identify and resolve missing or conflicting asset requirements before production begins.
  • Identify and recommend practical improvements to creative workflows, templates, and asset organization to reduce production friction, administrative bloat, and avoidable revision cycles.
  • Serve as a technical and creative resource to other designers by offering informal mentoring, troubleshooting difficult assignments, and modeling reliable communication and production habits.
