About The Position

The Senior Diagnostic Imaging Assistant works in the MRI Unit at Petaluma Valley Hospital. The position maintains Imaging Services patient records and imaging files efficiently, and communicates with hospital and physician offices to ensure department records and images are available for patient care. Duties include Radiology front desk work and serving as a reading room assistant and receptionist. The role works under minimal supervision and serves as a resource to others in the department.

This is a part-time position with 10-hour variable shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/experience.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• One year of experience in an Imaging Department.

Responsibilities
