About The Position
The Senior Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise in-house developed applications and digital solutions. The role provides technical leadership to junior developers, oversees software development projects, and ensures seamless integration between applications, the Core Banking System (CBS), digital channels, and third-party platforms. The successful candidate will act as a technical lead, ensuring adherence to software development standards, architectural best practices, security requirements, and project delivery timelines while supporting the bank's digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a senior or technical leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise or banking software projects.
- Experience integrating applications with Core Banking Systems and third-party platforms.
- Front-End Technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- Back-End Technologies: .NET Core / C#, Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Integration Technologies: REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, API Gateways
- Middleware Platforms: Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), Microservices Architecture
- DevOps & Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, Jira, Confluence

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Develop scalable and secure front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Design and implement system architectures that align with business and regulatory requirements.
- Review application code and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in production and development environments.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Coordinate the identification, resolution, and remediation of application-level security issues and vulnerabilities for all systems developed, maintained, or supported by him/her, including the relevant end-user devices and supporting components.
- Lead and oversee software development projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare project estimates, technical specifications, development plans, and implementation schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and technology partners on development and integration initiatives.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Lead integration initiatives between the Core Banking System and internal/external applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, middleware, microservices, and integration services.
- Support integration with digital banking channels, payment systems, switches, regulatory platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Ensure data consistency, transaction integrity, and secure communication across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, information security, and vendor teams during integration projects.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Supervise and mentor junior software developers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
- Promote software engineering best practices, development standards, and secure coding principles.
- Support skills development through coaching, knowledge transfer, and technical training.
- Assist in task allocation, workload management, and performance evaluation of junior developers.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements applicable to the banking sector.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices where applicable.
- Participate in security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and audit exercises.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Ensure proper change management and release management processes are followed.
