A US-based property and casualty insurer is seeking a strong Python and Streamlit developer to work closely with its data scientists. The developer will access the company’s pricing systems and create human-readable descriptions of risk rating factors in PDF documents for submission to state regulators. These documents are critical to the business. The work involves developing a Python web application that gives non-technical users access to technical policy rating and pricing algorithms. The client team is located in Seattle, but candidates may work from anywhere in the United States if they can work West Coast hours. This is a contract role expected to continue through April or May 2027.
