About The Position
Uline is seeking an experienced IT professional to join their team as a Senior Desktop Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and leading QA strategies, mentoring a team to improve desktop performance, and addressing complex challenges across Uline's North American operations. Uline's in-house tech team consists of over 450 professionals who build and support custom systems that drive the company's operations, from warehouse management to e-commerce. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 5+ years in Software Design / Architecture with hands-on development experience.
- Proficient with Windows, MacOS and IT management tools, including Intune, Jamf and MECM.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT teams to design, test and implement QA strategies to support device setup, application installs and system updates.
- Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices to ensure smooth operations and legendary service.
- Own root cause analysis, using data to develop reports and deliver recommendations that resolve complex issues and drive desktop improvements.
- Partner with IT Security teams to review processes and ensure they meet security standards and business requirements.
