Requirements
- 7-10 years’ experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (Sketchup), Adobe Suite
- Knowledge in material selections & finishes, construction methods, building systems

Responsibilities
- Develop initial design concepts
- Produce presentation drawings
- Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively via software or hand-sketching
- Develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Interface with clients, make presentations, collaborate with other disciplines
- Manage multiple project priorities effectively within schedules and budgets
- Incorporate applicable codes, safety standards and governmental regulations into design work
- Support project phases from initial design concepts through project completion
- Coordinate between internal team, client, consultants, and regulatory agencies during the entitlement process
