About The Position

As a Senior Designer at Twigeo, you’ll bring a high level of design and motion craft to creative work for some of the world’s leading brands. You’re deeply tuned into social media, culture and emerging formats, and comfortable turning strategic briefs, creative direction and performance learnings into work that gets noticed and performs. You’ll work closely with strategists, growth marketers, analysts and other creatives across our global team in New York, Los Angeles, Stockholm and Varna. Sometimes you’ll work from a clear strategic brief, sometimes the direction will be more open, and you’ll need to find the way forward yourself. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both.

Requirements

• Proven track record in performance marketing design, with demonstrated confidence acting as a primary client contact and leading creative pitches.
• A high level of design and motion craft, combined with a true interest in social media. You naturally keep up with new formats, visual trends, platform behaviours, and what is getting people’s attention.
• A curious mind and practical experience using AI tools to produce creative concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and help the team move faster. You experiment with new tools and use what works; discard what doesn't.
• You take responsibility for your work, manage your own priorities, and know when to ask for input. You’re comfortable in a fast-moving creative environment, stay calm when priorities shift, and focus on finding solutions.
• You’re generous with your experience and comfortable guiding more junior designers, giving constructive feedback, and taking the lead when working alongside less experienced creatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading creative client discussions and acting as a key creative point of contact on your accounts.
• Playing a leading creative role in pitches and client presentations, presenting work with confidence, guiding clients through the thinking behind the work, and using performance learnings to inform creative iterations.
• Designing and animating high-quality creative assets across paid social and other digital formats, combining strong visual craft with an understanding of what performs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Integrating AI tools across image and video production to accelerate creative iterations, automate manual tasks, and push our visual boundaries where applicable.
• Collaborating across offices with designers, growth marketers, copywriters, and analytics leads in NY, LA, Stockholm, and Varna to raise the visual bar on your accounts.
