Requirements

10+ years of professional design experience.
Exceptional portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, merchandise, and integrated design.
Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience presenting ideas and collaborating with clients.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts from idea to execution.
Design premium packaging, branded merchandise, retail experiences, print, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Present work confidently to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Production to ensure every idea is beautifully executed.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
Explore new materials, technologies, AI tools, and production techniques to continually push creative thinking.
Create compelling presentations, brand systems, and visual storytelling that inspire clients and elevate brands.
