About The Position

Acorns is seeking a seasoned designer to help bring the Acorns brand to life across CRM and web. You'll design emails, web experiences, and work with squirrels (a lot). You’ll need to be just as comfortable zooming out to understand the “why” as you are zooming in to finesse the details. One day might be a sprint on a new landing page. The next, a round of CRM designs in Figma. If you can bounce between projects, self-manage with confidence, and bring ideas to the table, you’ll fit right in. This role is being offered on a contract basis with an expected duration of 3 months and requiring 40 hours of work per week. Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.

Requirements

5+ years of design experience
Pro-level Figma skills and organization and strong visual instincts
Strategic thinker with a hands-on maker mindset
Clear communicator and collaborative partner
Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Exceptional drive and precision in delivery

Responsibilities
