As a Senior Deposit Operations Specialist, you will play a role in the operational support of mobile banking, online banking, and Bill Pay services. You will act as Deposit Operations Subject Matter for all Deposit Operations Audit. You will facilitate ACH transactions in accordance with BSNB and regulatory requirements. You are detail oriented, identifying potentially fraudulent activity to protect customer accounts. You will work independently to meet daily timelines, but also as part of a team supporting department goals in meeting the needs of our customers.

Requirements

Minimum of three to five years' prior operational banking experience banking operations required.
Demonstrated experience identifying and reporting fraud.
Minimum of three to five years' prior customer service experience required.
Associate's degree required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
