Requirements

10+ years of experience in dental office management or dental administration
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker
Experience with Power BI
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
