Today, more than 8,500 communities across the U.S. run on ECP. We're growing, and we're building the marketing team to match. We're hiring a Demand Generation Strategist to own pipeline from marketing. That means building, running, and improving the programs that move prospects from first touch to sales-accepted opportunity. You'll manage paid media, email, content campaigns, and lifecycle programs — but your job isn't to run channels. It's to generate qualified pipeline. This role also sits at the intersection of marketing and AI. You'll actively use and build AI-powered workflows and tools to improve targeting, speed, and campaign output. Not as an experiment — as part of how the work gets done. You'll report to the Marketing Director and work closely with Sales, Creative, and Content.
