About The Position

JazzX AI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to join their growing marketing team as an individual contributor. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting pipeline growth, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and engagement opportunities. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for marketing operations, event coordination, digital campaigns, and audience engagement. This role will support the execution of marketing initiatives across events, email marketing, social media, website management, and paid advertising. The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Co-work, Gemini, Jasper, HubSpot AI, or similar platforms, with the ability to leverage AI to improve content creation, campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and campaign execution
  • Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in B2B, SaaS, AI, or technology industries. Mortgage industry experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with event management and trade show coordination
  • Basic design experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, GEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Experience creating presentations and sales enablement materials

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Create and launch digital advertising campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn and media partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support lead nurturing initiatives through targeted content and automated marketing workflows.
  • Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Coordinate event logistics including managing booth requirements, coordinating deliveries and shipments, and communicating with event vendors.
  • Prepare internal event briefing decks and presentations for sales and leadership teams to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, attendee targets, and follow-up strategy.
  • Clean, organize, and segment attendee and prospect lists to support event outreach and post-event follow-up.
  • Order, track, and manage promotional materials and swag for events, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
  • Assist with onsite event coordination and post-event reporting as needed.
  • Manage and implement website updates including landing pages, event pages, content changes, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Create and schedule LinkedIn posts to support company announcements, campaigns, events, product updates, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop compelling messaging and content that drives audience engagement across channels.
  • Maintain accurate lead and contact data within the CRM system.
  • Upload, clean, and manage new event leads and marketing contacts within the CRM platform.
  • Ensure proper lead routing, tagging, segmentation, and campaign attribution for reporting purposes.
  • Support marketing operations processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
