About The Position

As our (Senior) Demand Generation Manager, you are the architect of our growth engine. In this key position, you will build the "pipeline engine" behind the future of hotel commercial automation from the ground up. This is not just a "run campaigns" role; you will take end-to-end ownership of creating a qualified pipeline. You will work directly with leadership to establish the foundation of how happyhotel grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and have personally built or scaled a pipeline engine.
  • You think in funnels rather than isolated campaigns and care about revenue impact over vanity metrics.
  • You are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in an early-stage or scaling environment.
  • You understand ICP-driven marketing (Mid-market / SMB) and have a strong grasp of sales cycles and pipeline influence.
  • You are experienced in building conversion-focused landing pages and translating positioning into demand.

Responsibilities

  • Own Pipeline Generation: You take full responsibility for marketing-generated pipeline (not just leads).
  • Build the Demand Engine: You design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, and outbound support) and turn our positioning into high-performing, scalable frameworks.
  • Fix the Funnel: You identify and close gaps between content, interest, conversion, and demos.
  • Messaging & Assets: You build and optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion assets to improve demo quality.
  • Performance Transparency: You define and own core metrics such as pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Translate Strategy into Execution: You turn our positioning as an "AI-powered commercial department" into compelling offers and strong campaign hooks.
