$134,300 - $181,800Hybrid

About The Position

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee delivery execution for large, complex products, product lines, or multi‑initiative programs supporting the firm’s digital transformation efforts. This role is critical to ensuring predictable, transparent, and defensible delivery outcomes where complexity, dependency density, or business risk are elevated. The Senior Delivery Lead operates with a high degree of autonomy within established program guardrails, partnering closely with Product Management, Program leadership, Engineering, and extended business teams. The role serves as a key execution counterpart to Product and Program leadership—ensuring delivery plans are realistic, risks are surfaced early, and leadership decisions are informed by credible delivery intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in delivery leadership, program execution, or complex initiative management within technology‑enabled or engineering organizations.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑workstream initiatives with high dependency density.
  • Strong command of agile or hybrid delivery models within a product‑oriented organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, manage ambiguity, and inform leadership decision‑making with execution data.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills at senior levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to enterprise outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and common agile delivery tooling.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery for large, complex products, product lines, or multi‑initiative programs.
  • Manage milestones, dependencies, timelines, and release coordination across multiple workstreams with high dependency density or elevated business risk.
  • Operate with high autonomy within program guardrails, driving execution decisions while maintaining alignment to strategic intent.
  • Ensure delivery commitments are achievable, well‑sequenced, and aligned to capacity across teams.
  • Actively manage cross‑team and cross‑initiative dependencies, ensuring alignment across products, platforms, and enabling teams.
  • Anticipate systemic delivery risks across initiatives and surface impacts early, paired with clear options and tradeoffs.
  • Maintain delivery status reporting, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and dependency maps for decision‑ready visibility.
  • Ensure delivery execution remains aligned to roadmap commitments and business priorities as conditions evolve.
  • Partner with Product Management to ensure backlog readiness, sprint alignment, and execution feasibility.
  • Surface delivery tradeoffs, risks, constraints, and downstream impacts to inform Product prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with Program leadership to inform delivery sequencing, investment decisions, and cross‑initiative coordination.
  • Ensure delivery plans and commitments are realistic, defensible, and backed by capacity, dependency, and risk analysis.
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercialization, Change Management, and Communications teams on release readiness and launch coordination.
  • Collaborate with Quality and the Engineering Center of Excellence to reinforce delivery standards, quality expectations, and readiness criteria.
  • Enable smooth, coordinated releases across technical and business stakeholders.
