Position Summary : Senior Technology Program Delivery Lead responsible for managing, planning, remediation, financial and risk management of the incoming owned and impacted by others estimations and commitments for Auth Hub, Claims and Fraud (Client Protection Technology). Proven leader in planning, remediation execution, financial oversight, and risk management for large-scale, regulatory-driven technology programs. Drives proactive governance, demand intake, and commitment management across CPT while enabling alignment between business, architecture, and engineering teams. Operates with strong strategic focus, disciplined delivery, and a collaborative, results-driven leadership style. This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical delivery lead, technical program manager, or similar position
  • Ability to clearly articulate and translate key information, concepts, processes, and deliverables obtained from SMEs and executives into presentations, publications, or other documentation
  • Ability to translate process and business control requirements and align them to our strategic outcomes and deliverables
  • Ability to challenge others with positive intent to drive the best possible outcomes
  • Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills that facilitate productive relationships with others
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and ownership mindset with a track record of meeting critical deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Senior Technology Program Delivery Lead responsible for managing, planning, remediation, financial and risk management of the incoming owned and impacted by others estimations and commitments for Client Protection Technology (Auth Hub, Claims and Fraud)
  • Partner across CPT to design and execute governance models and intake processes for incoming technology requests, including sizing, prioritization, and delivery commitment.
  • Identify and document associated risks, develop actions plans to address gaps and ensure effective execution intake deliverables in Agile
  • Plan and support the movement to Jira for execution of work
  • Act as a critical liaison between enterprise stakeholders, control partners, and technology delivery teams to resolve remediation challenges and dependencies
  • Influence cross-functional teams by challenging assumptions constructively and driving alignment toward optimal delivery outcomes
  • Mentoring within the CPT and partner teams on Agile Plan and CBWT Intake Process Governance
  • Executive reporting on incoming technology work
