Position Summary: This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners. Enterprise Change Management & Governance: Partners in the development & execution of change management strategies, collaborating with Level 1 Change Management Leads & Portfolio Leads to drive awareness, adoption, and alignment across the portfolio. Operational Resiliency Oversight: Leading the development of annual planning updates & strategic initiatives aligned to Never Down & Technical Operational Resiliency (TOR), ensuring continuous, always-on operations through strong operational resilience, in close partnership with portfolio & development leads, & presenting to executive forums to inform prioritization and drive alignment. Strategic Sequencing of Portfolio Initiatives: Managing initiative sequencing & prioritization across the Global Operations Portfolio. Oversight includes collaborating with portfolio & project management leadership to capture critical updates, ensure timely risk escalation, and provide clear, visual insight into changes in initiative sequencing and deployment. Change Management Pillar Advocate: The change management advocate is responsible for maintaining familiarity with change requirements & updates, driving successful transformation through awareness, alignment, & adoption, & partnering with cross-organizational advocates to surface risks, address concerns, & coordinate next steps.
