About The Position

Conduct is hiring a Senior Deal Manager to own enterprise deals from the point they are ready for negotiation through signature and handoff to Finance. The role partners closely with Account Executives, Legal, and Finance, shaping offers within the company’s commercial strategy and negotiating with enterprise procurement teams. The successful candidate will also help evolve the deal desk as the company scales, creating and improving the models, templates, playbooks, and processes that support increasing deal volume. Conduct builds an AI operating system intended to help large enterprises manage the complexity of legacy software systems. The company describes itself as a small, talent-dense team operating out of London and New York City, with a culture of extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. It sponsors visas and encourages underrepresented groups in tech to apply.
