Requirements
- Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
- Proven system analyst experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Able to work autonomously, and quickly learn new concepts
- Proactively identifies opportunities, solves problems, and takes ownership from concept to execution.
Nice To Haves
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
- Experience in enterprise, regulated, or risk focused environments.
- Familiarity with data governance, controls, and executive reporting.
- Experience supporting analytics solutions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data requirements; translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric to support data modeling, transformation, and analytics solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Partner with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and ongoing enhancements of reporting and data solutions.
Benefits
- Compensation offered for this role is 80,000.00 - 136,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
