This role involves experience as a tech lead or main developer implementing, deploying, and maintaining production solutions, agentic systems design and implementation (tool use, orchestration frameworks, multi-step reasoning workflows), LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluation, observability/monitoring, AWS services, Python, and CI/CD pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or primary developer delivering production solutions.
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Python development.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of production-grade AI solutions.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems, including tool integrations, orchestration frameworks, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Develop and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and observability/monitoring practices.
- Build scalable applications and automation workflows using Python and AWS services.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
