About The Position

The Senior Data & Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for overseeing data integrity, case management accuracy, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting across operational programs. This role merges advanced data governance, analytics oversight, and case‑management quality review to ensure the organization meets regulatory, contractual, and operational standards. This position may be hybrid/onsite depending on operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Social Services, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in data quality, analytics, compliance, or case‑management oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of data‑governance frameworks, QA methodologies, and audit practices.
  • Proficiency using case‑management systems, SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Employees must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the following screening: Federal background investigation (up to and including a Tier 4 DHS clearance), Criminal history check, Verification of employment and education history, Compliance with all government credentialing requirements, Drug Screening
  • Employees must adhere to all federal security, confidentiality, and operational protocols while working within government facilities.

  • Internal background check to the satisfaction of contract requirements.
  • If applicable, Child Abuse/ Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check with no adverse findings.
  • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods while conducting data entry and interviews
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during facility operations (up to 8-12 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
  • Capability to work in varied environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature variations)
  • Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations throughout the facility
  • Visual acuity for detailed computer work and document review
  • Auditory ability to conduct interviews and monitor facility for safety concerns

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in government, social‑services, or humanitarian case‑management environments.
  • Certifications in data analytics, quality management, project management, or compliance (e.g., CQA, Six Sigma, DA-100/PBI).
  • Experience with workflow automation, ETL processes, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee data quality, validation, and integrity across all case‑management and operational systems.
  • Lead design, implementation, and monitoring of data‑governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and contractual data‑reporting requirements.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and automated reporting for leadership.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
  • Conduct quality reviews of case files, documentation, and workflows.
  • Ensure case‑management activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and contractual expectations.
  • Perform internal audits and develop corrective‑action plans.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis for recurring data or case‑work deficiencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to standardize processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Maintain audit-ready data, reporting and compliance files.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly KPI dashboards and contractual compliance reports.
  • Ensure accurate data retention, privacy, and chain‑of‑custody documentation.
  • Oversee digital record systems and ensure alignment with data‑security requirements.
  • Partner with IT, case management teams, leadership, and QA personnel to ensure data and workflow alignment.
  • Provide training on data standards, documentation expectations, and process updates.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during data audits, reviews, and system evaluations.
