Phillips Lytle is seeking to expand its Litigation Practice with the addition of a seasoned data privacy and cyber security lawyer. The Data Privacy and Cyber Security team is looking for a senior lawyer with at least 8 years of experience in handling complex data, privacy, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues for a range of companies across multiple industries. Candidates should have deep experience in advising companies on US federal and state privacy laws and global regulations, drafting privacy policies, developing and implementing internal data protection programs, counseling on business and legal incident responses to security breaches, and advising on privacy issues associated with AI, health data, biometric data, and other sensitive information.
