About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for mid to senior-level attorneys for its Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group. The practice involves cutting edge litigation addressing novel legal issues, primarily involving data breach and technology litigation, both direct and class action. The firm offers flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, and full-time opportunities. Requirements
- At least 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation.
- Excellent academic background.
- Strong writing, research and communication skills.
- Self-starter.
Nice To Haves
- Law firm experience.
- CIPP/US certification.
- Knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA.
- Experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation.
- Experience with technology/errors and omissions litigation.
