About The Position

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform projects from planning through implementation. Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders. Coordinate implementation of modern data platforms and data management solutions. Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while ensuring successful execution. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project delivery using Agile methodologies. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize deliverables. Ensure projects follow enterprise governance, quality, security, and compliance standards. Drive communication across leadership teams and provide regular project status updates. Support continuous process improvement and adoption of data engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience delivering enterprise data initiatives.
• Proven experience leading cloud data platform implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of: Data Warehousing, Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture, Data Engineering concepts, ETL / ELT processes
• Experience managing Agile software development projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and complex project dependencies.

• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, Ataccama
• Modern Cloud Data Platforms
• Enterprise Data Governance
• ETL / ELT Development
• Experience supporting enterprise organizations within highly regulated industries, such as: Utilities, Energy, Healthcare, Financial Services
