About The Position

The Senior Data Center Support Services Technician supports data center operations through hardware maintenance, network configuration, technical troubleshooting, safety and compliance, continuous improvement, and collaboration with project teams, colocation partners, contractors, and vendors. The role provides technical guidance and coaching to less experienced technicians, validates network cabling and connectivity, and helps ensure that data center systems operate reliably and efficiently. The technician follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance operation protocols (MOPs), and data center change-control processes, while helping identify and address resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
