Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. (GLFHC) is a multi-site, mission-driven, non-profit organization employing over 700 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to a culturally diverse population throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites in Lawrence, Methuen, and Haverhill and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program. GLFHC is currently seeking a Senior Data Architect to join our team. Under the direction of the AVP of Information Services, the Senior Data Architect plays a key role in designing, maintaining, and advancing Greater Lawrence Family Health Center’s enterprise data warehouse and analytics environment. This position is responsible for ensuring that clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory data is structured, reliable, secure, and accessible to support decision-making and required reporting for internal leadership as well as federal, state, and local agencies. The Senior Data Architect works collaboratively as a member of the Information Services team and the broader Health Center team, partnering closely with the Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Applications, Clinical Informatics, Finance, and Operations teams. This role provides technical leadership, establishes data architecture standards, and ensures the integrity, performance, and sustainability of GLFHC’s data assets in support of the Health Center’s mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
