We’re looking for a strategic, curious, and highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth team supporting MobilityWare’s portfolio of mobile games. In this role, User Acquisition will be your primary business focus, partnering closely with teams across UA, Creative, Product, and Finance to help drive smart, data-informed growth decisions. This role is specifically focused on User Acquisition and Growth Analytics within mobile gaming. We are primarily seeking candidates with established hands-on experience supporting UA, performance marketing, or growth teams, ideally within mobile games or consumer mobile apps. This is much more than a reporting role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging into complex data, identifying meaningful trends and opportunities, and translating insights into clear recommendations that influence strategy. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, someone who can think critically about performance while also communicating ideas clearly and working closely with cross-functional partners. You’ll play an important role in helping shape acquisition strategy across channels such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and other ad networks. From campaign performance and creative testing to monetization trends and growth forecasting, your insights will help guide decisions across multiple game titles.
