- Experience translating complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing and implementing data models
- Experience automating data processes and reporting workflows
- Experience mentoring junior analysts

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Partner with stakeholders (business, product, finance, operations) to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Perform advanced analytics, including regression, forecasting, and segmentation.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement data models and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Automate data processes and reporting workflows.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
