The Senior Analyst will support the analytics function for the U.S. Housing platform, with a primary focus on Multi-Family. This role will work closely with business partners, Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver analyses, reporting, and insights that drive measurable business impact. This individual will develop SQL queries and data models to answer business questions, and build and maintain reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI, that make data easier to understand and use in decision-making. While the role primarily supports Multi-Family, this individual will also have opportunities to work on broader U.S. Housing initiatives, helping connect data, tools, and ways of working across both businesses. They will also help explore and adopt AI-assisted approaches to delivering information to the business, making insights faster to produce and easier to consume. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to work directly with data and analytical problems, is eager to learn, and can manage multiple priorities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, growing business judgment, and solid communication and relationship-building skills.
