About The Position

The Senior D365 Finance Lead drives ERP transformation initiatives, leads consulting engagements, and ensures successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance and Supply Chain Management. The role combines functional expertise, client advisory, and delivery leadership to help global clients modernize finance and operations through scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise finance and operations leaders and lead business process assessments, gap analyses, solution blueprinting, transformation strategies, workshops, discovery sessions, and demonstrations.
• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, and enhancements; oversee functional workstreams and manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risk mitigation, and governance.
• Design and implement solutions for General Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank, budgeting, consolidation, financial reporting, compliance, audit readiness, month-end close, and financial automation.
• Collaborate across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and manufacturing; align costing and inventory valuation and drive end-to-end ERP process integration.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solution design, estimation, client presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition development.
• Promote Microsoft Power Platform and Azure-based integrations and support data migration, reporting, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
