About The Position

FuelCell Energy is seeking an energetic technology specialist to join the FCE IT Team and support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment. The Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst will help support and maintain the system, and lead projects that include the design and implementation of configuration changes in D365 F&O.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O, or AX2012 with D365 F&O, in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications of prescribed changes
Demonstrable understanding of business processes i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Projects as they relate to D365
Understanding of SOX and internal control environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, documentation & presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently, manage time, and deliver on commitments

Nice To Haves

A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to develop a D365 continuous improvement roadmap.
Lead initiatives that deliver new functionality in support of the continuous improvement roadmap and/or emerging business needs.
Design/configure, coordinate update/integration D365 F&O module parameters, posting profiles, dimensions, workflows, security, etc. as needed to enable new or improved functionality.
Help coordinate D365 system updates and/or changes to peripheral systems that are systemically integrated with D365.
Provide D365 support/root cause and implement lasting solutions.
Partner with external resources, improving quality and throughput over time.
Maintain system and functional documentation to facilitate future support and development efforts.
Adhere to IT General Controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements, support audit activities by gathering control-related information as needed.
