About The Position

The Senior Cybersecurity Policy Analyst analyzes, evaluates, and rewrites information security policies. The role requires extensive experience with information security and network security policies, including their development and support. The analyst develops complex security policies and procedures using knowledge of ISO/27000, ISO 28000, and NIST Security Frameworks, and connects legal and regulatory statutes with corporate policies.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in security/infrastructure protection and information security auditing.
• Solid multi-platform knowledge.
• Experience with UNIX, Windows, Linux, networking, and IP intranet/Internet security environments.
• Experience with RSA SecurID infrastructure, vulnerability scanning, and Fortinet Firewall implementations.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Solid knowledge of security and network policies and procedures, with experience in compliance matters.
• Experience linking legal and regulatory statutes with corporate policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with risk analysis.
• Security and writing expertise in developing complex security policies and procedures, including knowledge of ISO/27000, ISO 28000, and NIST Security Frameworks.

Nice To Haves

• One or more relevant industry or vendor certifications are highly desirable: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), SANS-GIAC certifications, System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Certified Network Security Professional (CNSP).
