Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) is looking to hire a Senior Customer Support Specialist to support our growing Customer Support Operations department! As the Senior Customer Support Specialist, you would provide support to the Customer Support Operations department. You are responsible for handling more complex customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner and completing customer follow-up as necessary. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to assist with more complex customer service inquiries to improve the overall customer service experience, noting trends and making recommendations for improvement. In this role, you will build positive relationships and identify opportunities based on customer needs and BSNB's existing product suite.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Three years prior customer service experience required
  • Data entry and keyboard experience
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications

Nice To Haves

  • Two years prior banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handling more complex customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner
